Ok this morning Google finally has us indexed so the clock starts now.
Over on Yahoo however.. 
Superior SEO must of course take into account all of the major search engines, even though Google is the most important, a superior seo design will work well across different search engines, AND across different Google zones.
Yahoo is traditionally the most sensitive and therefore useful to monitor movement likely to come on Google in a few weeks, so a straight in at #1 on Yahoo is always good news
